SENT Summit 2025

Faith has played a major role in people’s lives for centuries. It has shaped values that impact daily actions, guided decisions, encouraged growth, and assisted people in finding meaning and peace. Business in a way is also essential to society. It shapes our world by promoting innovation, opening doors, and uniting communities. While most people agree that business plays a significant role in today’s society, not everyone recognises the ways in which business and faith can interact. But the SENT Summit proves that it is possible.

Our CEO Armen Adamyan attended SENT Summit 2025. He is also a member of the SENT Ventures community, which organized the Summit. SENT Ventures is a professional network that offers community, mentorship, and resources to help Catholic leaders and entrepreneurs integrate their faith with their businesses so they can succeed through virtue and build transformative ventures. The SENT Summit 2025 was organized by SENT ventures, gathered roughly 400 Catholic founders, CEOs, and mission leaders at the university of Notre Dame to explore how faith can shape business and innovation. The program combined traditional business content with spiritual life. Along with the keynotes, workshops, small group breakouts, there were daily Mass, adoration, and evening fellowship, creating a space where professional practice and Christian formations meet.

The Christian spirit could be felt from the very first moment we entered the hotel room. The atmosphere was peaceful, welcoming, and full of care. Along with the comfortable room and everyday essentials, there was something special. A Holy Bible was carefully placed on the nightstand. That simple but significant detail carried a powerful message. It was about more than just the book, it was a message of faith and kindness. That proved that they cared not only for our bodies, but also for our souls.

Surrounded by so many inspiring individuals, our CEO Armen Adamyan had memorable encounters. Erich Beyer, CEO and founder of Archangel Capital, was among them. Erich’s sharp, thoughtful perspective led to deep discussions about the intersection of faith and entrepreneurship. His leadership shows that success is not just about results, but also about how you inspire and care for the people around you.

Pablo Licheri and Joseph Valentic, both fathers of seven, stood out for their dedication to family and faith. Pablo is the founder of the Catholic Mass Times app, which is a tool for Catholics to find nearby Catholic churches and their service times.

Joseph Valentic is the author of the “Become a Saint by Succeeding in Business” book. The book shows how man can integrate faith into their work and family life, reflecting on their roles as fathers and leaders.

Pablo Licheri, founder of the Catholic Mass Times app, shared insights on how technology can help connect communities and support faith. His passion for creating practical tools that serve real needs showed how small ideas, when guided by purpose, can reach and impact millions of people worldwide.

Armen also had the privilege to meet John Cannon, the founder of SENT. John has dedicated his life to creating a network that supports Catholic entrepreneurs and leaders, helping them bring their faith into professional life. His humility, tireless work ethic, and commitment to guiding others make him a truly inspiring figure, showing how leadership can be guided by faith and service.

A mesmerizing figure, David Henrie, who has worked with Mel Gipson on Christian movies, was also attending. He spoke about praying before making films and staying true to his beliefs on set, which shows how deeply personal faith can guide creative decisions. His movies carry Christian values and messages, inspiring audiences and showing how storytelling can make a real difference in people’s lives. At the Summit, the filmmaking space even included a corner for Mass and prayer, emphasizing how faith and professional creativity can coexist and support each other. Seeing Henrie’s dedication and approach highlighted how faith can guide not just individual choices but an entire career in meaningful ways.

The SENT Summit had a big impact on the attendees. People balancing success in their careers with a strong faith was motivative. The conversations, ideas, and experiences shared at the event gave new energy and practical insights to our CEO, Armen.

Having participated in the SENT Summit and seen how faith and work can be united, our CEO has decided to create “Christian Entrepreneurs Oneness” with friends.

We would like to give a special thank you to John Cannon for his and his great team’s warm hospitality and for the inspiring SENT Ventures initiative.

“Life remains the CEO, the founder of the whole world and the affairs is God. And we are just the stewards of God.”
