IT Project Manager

Organize and manage all project phases to ensure effective and efficient workflow

Assist in providing resource-based project implementation estimates

Coordinate day-to-day operations with Team Leads on projects 

Lead the development team through cooperation and communication

Prepare documentation for the stakeholders, manage the documentation flow

Arrange and manage specific meetings with both internal and external stakeholders

Troubleshoot all the impediments and eliminate them for smooth processes

Identify resources needed and assign individual tasks

Minimize exposure and risk on project

Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field

At least 1 year of relevant experience

Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP etc.) 

Solid organizational skills

International experience in project management will be considered as an advantage

Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written)
