IT Sales Manager (Upwork)

Job Description

We are actively looking for a self-driven Sales Manager to support our sales efforts in the fast-paced tech industry. The role focuses on finding and engaging clients on Upwork, building strong relationships, and converting leads into deals. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and experience with Upwork or similar platforms.

Job Responsibilities

  • Find and contact potential customers․

  • Build sustainable and competent business relations with current and potential customers and seek new business opportunities․

  • Develop an effective sales approach for creating a customer base․

  • Understand the needs of the customers and create customer loyalty towards the Company․

  • Discover and target new customers and new sales opportunities․

  • Create proposals for potential customers․

  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions to meet both customer and Company needs․

  • Work closely with the Marketing and Sales team to align strategies, drive campaigns, and optimize customer engagement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications or a related field.

  • At least 1 year of proven experience in Sales using Upwork.

  • Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.

  • Strong knowledge of Armenian and English languages, knowledge of Russian will be considered as an advantage.

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to build relationships quickly and effectively.
