Challenge

Complianai needed a tool that would help the companies quickly align their organizations with security regulations with minimal effort and friction. The required system needed to include an AI solution designed to facilitate compliance with various regulations. The challenge for the project was providing the highest level of security, from a technical point of view we had to implement MFA (multi-factor authentication), a hashing system for data, and AI for analyzing the docs.

Solution

Esterox assigned a team of three developers(one front end- next.js, react.js, two backend-express.js, node.js with typescript, DB- Mongo DB) who were familiar with the employment of AI to undertake the project. Our team seamlessly integrated with each other, resulting in the successful establishment of a strong working relationship in a short period. Upon identifying the optimal AI solution, Complianai initiated the integration process, working closely with technical experts to seamlessly incorporate the tool into its existing framework. Continuous testing and cleanup were held to fine-tune the system, ensuring that it met the highest standards of accuracy, reliability, and user-friendliness. For security we used QR code authentication, data hashing system, and storing, we used OpenAI ChatGPT 3.5 for AI analysis as it allows 16000 tokens which we needed for uploading several docs simultaneously. We used some packages for making the docs as text, so AI could understand and change the system to send the prompts to AI.
